A: Yes. Keep in mind that the phone estimate is only a 'ball-park' as each job can vary in price. However, if we take a look at your vehicle and give you an estimate in person, it is good for 3 months.
Q: Do I need to make an appointment for getting the work done?
A: We work best by appointments. That way we can get the materials and parts before your work comes in. This is so we can concentrate on your project. When you make your appointment ahead of time it helps us do a quicker job so you can get your car back faster.
Q: Do I need to put down a deposit?
A: Yes, a deposit for materials and parts is required before ordering. We accept Visa and Mastercard.
Q: Should I repair mechanical and bodywork before or after doing the interior work?
A: In most cases all mechanical and body work should be finished before it comes to the interior shop.
Q: Do I need to order or purchase interior parts or convertible top for my car from the dealer?
A: No, we can get those parts and many more at a fraction of the cost and often with a better warranty.
Q: Do you do fleet maintenance?
A: With a little planning and appointment setting we can repair truck and equipment seats many times or may be able to have them all repaired in just one day.
